Diplomats assisted a minor from Uzbekistan in returning home from Kazakhstan.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the staff at the Uzbek Consulate in Almaty assisted a minor citizen who was left unsupervised in Kazakhstan in returning to their homeland, as reported by a correspondent from Podrobno.uz.
Дипломаты содействовали возвращению несовершеннолетнего узбекистанца на родину из Казахстана.

It turned out that the boy's parents left Almaty for Kyrgyzstan on November 16, 2024, to extend their stay in Kazakhstan. However, they were unable to re-enter the country due to their violation of the migration rules in Kazakhstan. As a result, their underage son was left unattended in Almaty.

Employees of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Almaty took all necessary measures to ensure the boy's return home. They established contact with representatives of the migration police to clarify the situation regarding the boy's parents and obtained a court order to identify violations of the rights of our citizens. Additionally, the diplomats maintained daily communication with the boy and his parents. They also arranged a certificate for the child's return to his homeland and purchased airline tickets.

As a result, on December 20, a flight from Uzbekistan Airways transported the minor to Uzbekistan, accompanied by representatives of the Consulate General, who handed the boy over to his parents.

We would like to remind that earlier, diplomats assisted Uzbek citizens temporarily residing in China who found themselves in a difficult situation to return to their homeland.
