The Russian airline UVT Aero will operate flights from Nizhnekamsk to Tashkent.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the regional company UVT Aero from Tatarstan is set to launch direct flights from Nizhnekamsk to Tashkent in December. The flights will operate once a week, as reported by a Podrobno.uz correspondent.

According to the press service of the Nizhnekamsk Begishevo Airport, flights will be operated on CRJ-200 aircraft every Monday. The first flight is scheduled for December 23.

As a reminder, in 2023, UVT Aero received permission to carry out regular flights to Uzbekistan and began operating flights on the Kazan — Samarkand — Kazan route.

Starting in July 2024, the company will begin flying from Kazan to Tashkent, and there are also plans to launch flights from Kazan to Bukhara.

UVT Aero is a Russian regional airline established in 2015 based on the now-defunct Ak Bars Aero. It operates regular passenger flights from cities in Tatarstan and is based at the airports of Kazan, Bugulma, and Begishevo. The company's headquarters is located in Bugulma.
