As clarified by Uzbekistan Airports, due to dense fog at Termez airport, the crew of flight UZS412 from Air Samarkand, arriving from Jeddah, decided to divert to the alternate airport in Samarkand.
Later, flight HY9610 from Uzbekistan Airways, which was en route from Moscow to Termez, was also redirected to Samarkand airport.
Let us remind you that the day before yesterday, a flight traveling from Tashkent to Bukhara was diverted to Navoi airport due to weather conditions.
