Employers are involved in the educational process at the technical college.

One of the most critical issues in the country is employment. Currently, there are 25 vocational educational institutions operating in the Navoi region, where 12,000 citizens are being trained. They are supported by qualified teachers and 234 production training masters.

Polytechnic No. 2 is equipped with 41 classrooms and laboratories, an assembly hall, and sports facilities for 350 people, a dormitory for 100 residents, and a cafeteria. Training is conducted in full-time, part-time, evening, and dual formats for school graduates and citizens of various ages.

Large industrial enterprises in the region play a significant role in training specialists. For instance, the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine is specifically preparing welders and turners, the joint-stock company "NavoiAzot" trains laboratory chemists, and the Navoi Thermal Power Plant is preparing electrical fitters. To facilitate this, industrial enterprises have opened their branches in the polytechnic. Students simultaneously learn their profession and earn wages for their work.

In collaboration with local communities, unemployed citizens, individuals with insufficient qualifications, and women wishing to work are involved in the educational process. Those who excel in their training are hired by these enterprises.

The President also interacted with the women studying at the polytechnic.

Furthermore, in partnership with textile companies "Mengi Textile Group" and "Navbahor Qorajon," dual and short-term training courses have been organized. After acquiring the necessary skills, women are employed in sewing workshops.

In the carpentry workshop, students create in-demand products such as doors, tables, and chairs. They work and learn simultaneously, assisting their families.

Additionally, training courses for producing national handicrafts have been organized for individuals with disabilities.

Training centers have also been established under the management of veterinary and livestock development to enhance the qualifications of specialists.

It is noteworthy that cooperation agreements have been signed between educational institutions in the Navoi region and 51 enterprises. Since the beginning of the year, more than a thousand unemployed citizens have undergone training.
