In the U-21 league, "Pahktakor" has claimed the championship in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2010, 2012, 2018, and 2023. This title marks their tenth overall. This achievement also highlights "Pahktakor's" record, extending their lead over "Neftchi," which has 7 championships.
